Differences Between Iodine and Iodide – The two are often confused but Iodide is the salt usually bound, iodine to other elements such as calcium or potassium and can be found in brown seaweed. Iodine is the element found on the periodic chart. However, the molecular form, which consists of two atoms of iodine stuck together.
Bromide in Bread – For a time, approximately 1930s to 1960s, We had iodine in our bread. Then for whatever reason someone decided to put iodine in table salt. At the same time iodine in bread was replaced by potassium bromate, an oxidizing agent that ultimately turns to Bromide. As you may know from other writings of mine, oxidation in the body is a bad thing. It’s an endocrine disruptor.
How much iodine should your daily intake be?
The latest RDA that I ‘m aware of is 150micrograms a day. That is a very low dose considering all the toxins (Fluoride, Chlorine, Bromide, Fukushima, Chemtrails and others) that our systems have to contend with.
Ask yourself, how much breast cancer, fibroid cysts, uterin cancer, prostate cancer have we seen that seems to correlate with our current iodine deficiency. This is something you won’t hear from the people in pink.
